When a certain someone offers to come over and teach you bike drills....say yes...wait so no....so yes...uh huh..say no.. crap I cannot decide.

Been playing around with running for a bit and last spring/summer attempted to try-a-tris. In 2010 I want to train in order to become stronger, more confident, faster, and consistent.
