30mins on the elliptical today..got a good sweat and hand only hurt a bit. Still struggling with the consistency but that is more mental than physical so going to try to help the mental by being active daily- at least 30minsDay 1: check!
Been playing around with running for a bit and last spring/summer attempted to try-a-tris. In 2010 I want to train in order to become stronger, more confident, faster, and consistent.
