Tarik tried to kill us today - well at least the upper body. Workout done.
Swim workout was this: 200 w/up - 8x 100m on 6:00, 200 c/down
Done.
Been playing around with running for a bit and last spring/summer attempted to try-a-tris. In 2010 I want to train in order to become stronger, more confident, faster, and consistent.
